All orders are sent at a rate of £2.95 per total order (not per garment) and will be delivered using recorded delivery to the address of the paying cardholder. Delivery will only be made to uk addresses as at this time we do not provide an oversea service. Please note that our merchant services provider will verify cardholders addresses and if the address stated is not that of the cardholder goods will not be sent. All deliveries must be signed for by an authorised person at that address. Notification of non-receipt of goods must be made within 10 days of order placement and any goods that are due for delivery after that time will be notified by e-mail.

Returns policy

Exchanges and returns are never a problem at Kidsandcodirect.co.uk, simply post the goods back to our High Street address (we recommend using recorded delivery as the safest method) and on receipt of the goods your credit/debit card will be credited with the value of the garments purchased. Meanwhile you are able to order any other goods through our web site which will be processed as a new purchase. Unfortunately, due to our pricing structure we are unable to cover any of the postal charges incurred in returning or sending any goods that are purchased in the wrong size/colour. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy .

Embroidery orders.

To assist our embroidery clients a run out sample of a logo may be available free of charge on text only logos from our selection of in-house fonts. Set up fees may apply to designs that are not text only, please call for details. Please ensure that the logo is to your requirements and return the authorisation sheet enclosed with the sample. All embroidery orders are to be paid for in full and authorised prior to the goods being despatched.
